Dryer vent cleaning
Dryer vent cleaning covers the accessible exhaust path from the dryer connection through the duct to the exterior termination. We remove accessible lint and debris, review the visible transition duct, exposed connections and routing, and inspect the exterior hood or termination and damper for visible restriction, damage, or buildup. The service can improve airflow and drying performance while reducing lint-related fire risk and unnecessary strain on the dryer. Relevant concerns are explained and documented, including damaged or unsuitable ducting, disconnected sections, crushed transitions, inaccessible runs, or terminations that may need repair. Concealed structural access, duct replacement, appliance repair, and inaccessible or unsafe sections are not included unless separately evaluated and approved.

- Lint collecting around the outside vent, or a vent that hasn't been cleaned in a year or more
