Terms of Service

Service appointments are scheduled on Saturdays only. Specific arrival windows are sent Friday evening by email and text. Quote-required evaluation services require a $100 evaluation fee paid at booking; if the recommended work is approved within 90 days, the fee is credited toward that service. Additional charges may apply for unusual access, excessive buildup, multiple flues, animal removal, specialty systems, or repair work — and will always be discussed before work is performed. Online cancellation/rescheduling closes at 12:01 AM Friday before your Saturday appointment.
