Chimney repairs start with an on-site evaluation. We look at the concern, explain what's going on, and send a written quote so you know the scope and price before any work begins.

- Visible damage such as cracked crowns, loose brick, or failing mortar
- Flashing or other problems where the chimney meets the roof
What's included
- On-site evaluation of the concern
- A written recommendation and quote
What's not included
- The repair work itself, which is scheduled once you approve the quote.
Pricing
$150 evaluation fee. Evaluation services require a $150 evaluation fee paid at booking. If you choose Swift Sweep to complete the recommended work within 90 days, the $150 is credited toward the approved service.
